We are located at 852 SW 21st Ave., one block south of Burnside, one block west of PGE Park, and right across the street from the Volvo dealership. You may park on the street in front of our building, or in our parking lot in the designated spot for the clinician you are seeing.
Not all of our clinicians have a designated parking space, so please be careful where you park.
